Terms of Use
1. About these terms
Zoomons ("the Game") is a casual racing game offered by the Zoomons team as a Telegram Mini App and on the web. By opening or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to Telegram's own Terms of Service and Terms for Mini Apps. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Your account
The Game uses your Telegram account to identify you; we do not create a separate password. You are responsible for activity under your Telegram account. Progress is stored on your device and, for some features (referrals, chat leaderboards), on our server, and may be lost if you clear the app data.
3. Virtual items and Telegram Stars
- Coins, gems, eggs, monsters and cosmetics ("Virtual Items") are a limited, non-transferable license to use them in the Game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Inside Telegram, digital goods are sold for Telegram Stars through Telegram's payment system. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Purchases are delivered immediately after payment. Because they are digital content delivered instantly, purchases are final, except where the law requires otherwise or as described below.
- Refunds: if an item was not delivered, you were charged twice, or something else went wrong, message @Zoomonsbot (use
/paysupportfor purchases). We review every request within 48 hours and will deliver the item or refund the Stars where appropriate. Telegram's support cannot handle purchases made in this bot. - Loot-box ("egg") drop rates are published in the Game (Shop → Eggs → odds).
4. Referrals and rewards
You may invite friends with your personal link. Rewards are granted once per new Telegram user who had never opened the Game before. Self-referrals, fake accounts and automation are not allowed; we may withhold or remove rewards obtained that way.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified clients, harass other players, or use offensive names. We may reset progress or block access for violations.
6. Children
The Game is designed for a general audience. Telegram requires users to meet its minimum age; if you are under the age of majority in your country, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases.
7. Changes and availability
The Game is provided "as is". We may update, change or discontinue features (including Virtual Items) at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or Virtual Items. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
